What are the values of parkour?

Many traceurs will express the ideas of “Be Strong to Be Useful” and “We Start Together, We Finish Together”. These are values passed on about being functional, useful with what we do, and having teamwork and togetherness. There is also emphasis placed on the idea of “finding your own way”.
